About this release
Felix Da Housecat, NEZ and Nicky Night Time’s Test Press features Panther Modern, with Aphrohead’s remix providing the basis for Erol Alkan’s re-edit. Alkan developed his version for DJ use, playing it during the Centre Pompidou closing party in Paris alongside Busy P, Fred Again and Thomas Bangalter. Phantasy subsequently issued that edit as a single-sided white-label 12-inch. The release documents the club version that grew from a private DJ file into a physical record, continuing the longstanding connection between Felix and Alkan.
Format: Single-sided white-label 12" vinyl
