About this release
Grady Tate pairs two interpretations that connect his jazz background with a warm soul delivery. Lady Love takes on Jon Lucien’s song, bringing Tate’s smooth vocal to its melodic arrangement. On the reverse, his version of Van Morrison’s Moondance approaches another familiar composition through the same blend of rhythmic poise and vocal warmth. The performances place his singing at the centre, supported by carefully shaped production. Janus presents the two songs together on this remastered seven-inch reissue, with redesigned labels and sleeve artwork.
