About this release
Tuff Cuts Vol.10 brings four Late Nite Tuff Guy reworks together on a twelve-inch originally assembled for Record Store Day 2016. Hold Tite revisits Change's Hold Tight, while I Don't Like Acid uses material from 10cc's Dreadlock Holiday on the first side. One Nite In A Disco draws on Sister Sledge's He's The Greatest Dancer, followed by Shelter Me, a treatment of Sade's I Never Thought I'd See The Day. The selection spans disco, house and slower soul-influenced material, connecting the four source recordings through Late Nite Tuff Guy's edit approach. This edition carries the release's special RSD artwork.
