Overmono & High Contrast - If We Ever

Overmono and High Contrast revisit If We Ever through a version that grew out of Tom and Ed Russell’s connection to the original. The brothers knew High Contrast from Cardiff’s Catapult Records, where they bought records, and his Tough Guys Can’t Dance album became part of their own musical background. What began as a version made for their sets developed into an official collaboration on XL Recordings. This twelve-inch presents the extended arrangement, giving the track more space than the shorter digital single. The record is single-sided, with the reverse carrying an etching rather than a second audio track.
