Peggy Gou - Art of War EP (incl. Galcher Lustwerk Remix)

Peggy Gou's Art Of War introduces two original productions and a Galcher Lustwerk remix on Rekids. Troop builds a supple groove around a funk bassline, tropical textures and understated melody, while In Sum puts greater emphasis on raw percussion and forward motion. Lustwerk takes Troop into a softer, jazz-influenced space, reshaping its rhythm and atmosphere. Drawing on Detroit and New York house alongside boogie influences, Gou connects her production with the musical outlook developed through DJing. She also created the EP's artwork, bringing her visual background to this early release on Radio Slave's label.
