About this release
Peter Richard's 'Walking In The Neon' is an expansive piece of Italo disco, built around an insistent arpeggio and an arrangement with plenty of room for its hooks to develop. The Walter Beinat project brought together Gigi Farina and Franco Rago's production with an arrangement by Celso Valli.
This Full Time Production reissue pairs the original and dub versions of 'Walking In The Neon' with another Peter Richard recording, 'Strange Desires'. The latter appears in instrumental and vocal versions on the B-side. The sustained arpeggio of 'Walking In The Neon' contrasts with 'Strange Desires', originally released in 1981.
