About this release
Rebirth 20 marks two decades of Rebirth Records with remixes and catalogue selections drawn from its house and electronic releases. Luciano and Michel Cleis present Star Odyssey as Los Niños, while Glenn Underground, Terrence Parker, Makèz, Cromby and RSS Disco contribute different perspectives on the label's songs. Alva Noto, DJ Babatr and Martinou broaden the collection's rhythmic and textural range, with Einka closing the vinyl sequence. The thirteen-track double LP brings these approaches together as a label portrait, with artwork developed from childhood drawings by Rebirth founder Daniele 'Shield' Contrini.
