About this release
Solstice III gathers eight tracks of leftfield electronic music on a Multi Culti mini-LP. Mytron, Ayala featuring Abrao, Jamie Paton and Xanga featuring Zebulon share the first side, moving between house rhythms, low-slung grooves and vocal-led production. The reverse brings Kunturi's Eclosión, Future Island's slow-motion trance dub Wide Music II, Aiku's Fried Acid and Balam's sitar-laden Caravana. Future Island is the collaboration between Oltrefuturo and Treasure Island. Across the selection, percussion, folk influences and electronic textures connect producers from different scenes, with four tracks on each side of the record.
