About this release
The Silhouettes Project's second volume gathers rappers, singers and producers from the UK's underground music community. Founded by Eerf Evil and Asher Kosher, the project grew around the non-profit ROOT 73 studio, connecting hip-hop with jazz and soul through shared sessions and collaborations. Nix Northwest and TAMBALA open with Be Myself, while the wider cast includes Elisa Imperilee, Kieron Boothe, Jords, Tertia May, Kojey Radical and Desta French. The eighteen-track sequence moves between reflective vocals and more direct rap performances, giving different combinations of artists their own space. Root 73 presents the collection across two black vinyl LPs.
