About this release
Editorial is back again with another stacked 12 Inch with familiar faces and a new arrival to the label. Art of Tones kicks things off with Bootyshaker, inspired by UK compadre Red Greg. With a driving funky bassline, this jam is a bonafide party starter! The mysterious Barry Prophet surfaces again with a laid back slo-mo boogie vibe on Closer. Flip the wax for Editorial stalwart Matt Hughes and his class funky guitar and bass work on Walk the Chalk . Next up is Italy's Special Q bringing his nu-disco sound proper. finally, The Sellout's close out the ep with a heady downtempo smokey joint.. as you know , this is : The way we groove.
