About this release
Gwen McCrae's All This Love That I'm Givin' pairs a rhythm-led vocal performance with the slower Maybe I'll Find Somebody New. Originally part of her 1979 album Melody Of Life, the A-side also became a familiar source for later dance records, including Cassius' Feeling For You. This Cat Records reissue returns the original song and its B-side to a dinked 7-inch, keeping the contrast between the more urgent groove and the relaxed ballad on the reverse. Issued as CATX-2015, the single uses remastered audio and reproduces the original label artwork, retaining the two-track programme.
