About this release
Discs Of Fun And Love revisits Jimmy Mack's Pop Goes The Weasel, a Wisconsin soul recording first released in 1983. The seven-inch pairs the original performance with an edit by Bristol producer Admin.
Rather than replacing the source version, the release keeps both approaches together, with Mack's original on the first side and Admin's treatment on the reverse. It continues the label's selection of soul records suited to DJ play, presented here as DFL006.
Format: 7" vinyl
Label: Discs Of Fun And Love
