About this release
Michael Kiwanuka's Home Again introduces a singer and songwriter whose warm, reflective sound brings soul, folk and blues together. Released in 2012 and produced by Paul Butler of The Bees, the debut album gives Kiwanuka's voice and songs room to breathe, with an intimate feel that carries across its ten tracks. “Tell Me A Tale” opens the record, followed by the understated “I'm Getting Ready”, while the title track provides another of its central moments. This Polydor vinyl LP presents the original album sequence, from that opening run through to the closing “Worry Walks Beside Me”.
