About this release
Pleasurewood’s second album, Electric Telepathy, joins psychedelic funk, library music and vintage Hindi-cinema influences. The Farfalla Records release moves through eleven tracks of percussion, classical modes, cosmic synths and funk grooves.
‘The Hoverfly’, ‘RAMMM’ and ‘Chump Change’ explore the band’s cinematic side, while ‘Good Falcon’ slows the pace and ‘Last Dance Saloon’ brings a disco pulse. ‘Mojave Desert’ adds lo-fi textures and Farfisa organ to the mix. This limited vinyl LP edition is pressed on coloured vinyl.
