About this release
Can You Keep It Up? brings two previously unreleased Jammers recordings to Past Due. Richie Weeks found the tracks while working with Jerome Derradji on the third volume of The Love Magician Archives, and recalls that they may have been intended for a second Jammers album that never materialised. Can You Keep It Up? and Halfway There draw on the group's boogie and post-disco sound, with contributors including Fred Zar, Augustus Temple, Carole Sylvan, Connie Harvey and Debbie Blackwell alongside Weeks. The release opens another part of the band's archive across two extended tracks.
