About this release
Zopelar brings boogie, R&B and house together on Call It Love, his third solo release for Apron Records. Made in São Paulo between 2020 and 2025, the album features Ashira on We Can Make It, L’Homme Statue on Je T’aime and Hernbean5150 on the title track. Retromigration joins Zopelar in producing Je T’aime, adding another collaborative thread to the record. Highness opens the nine-track vinyl sequence, which also includes Back And Forth, Touch Me, Reasons Why, Pixta and 2202. The LP moves between vocal collaborations and instrumental production, connecting Zopelar’s melodic songwriting with his club background.
