All tracks are previously unreleased and written in the early 2000s.
 
Music Attention was produced in a NYC apartment - the track is sonically technical but the hardware was stripped down to a vintage PC. Adam updated the PC with samples and tools and after a few nights graft, including a computer crash and losing all project files, the result was Music Attention.
 
Bloke was produced in NYC during a studio session.

Liquid Feel was produced at Swag Studios, Croydon - it was recorded live to DAT Tape with no lights, in the pitch black.
