E. Lundquist - Multiple Images

Eric Borders, also known as Captain Supernova, adopts the E. Lundquist name for Multiple Images, his first attempt at a library-style record. The project grew into an album drawing on seventies funk, jazz fusion and cinematic themes, with piano and synthesizers shaping its sound. Its title nods to Brian Bennett’s 'Images', while the Lundquist name reconnects the composer with his family history. Released by King Underground, the eleven-track LP includes 'Non-Linear', 'Stakeout' and 'Nina’s Theme'. It carries Borders’ interest in science-fiction atmospheres into a format inspired by the composers credited on classic production-music sleeves.
