Aubrey – Retrospective brings together deep techno, dub textures and house grooves on Solid Groove. This 12" vinyl looks back at material from the Solid Groove and Mysterious Dark catalogues, alongside the first vinyl appearance of Dawn Over The Blue Planet, previously issued on CD as part of Aubrey’s Liquid Funk album on Offshoot.

Travel opens with grainy, looping techno and soft pads, while Dawn Over The Blue Planet moves into a calmer deep house groove with small melodic flourishes. Straight Ahead brings a loose, layered percussion workout, and Dark 4 explores fizzing dub techno. The four tracks show how comfortably Aubrey moves between rhythmic drive and a more reflective atmosphere.
