In 2025, attention spans are said to have diminished to around seven seconds, or so the catastrophisers among us like to point out; Mexican label Short Attention know how to handle the fact, lightening the mood by basing their label name on it. Now Bristol-born, New York-based DJ Nature drops a four-track housekeeping round, one that drips with the grit and warmth he's honed since his early days as Milo Johnson of Wild Bunch fame.

His trademark beatdown style is all here: low-slung basslines, loose drum work and a lived-in texture that feels hand-built yet briskly balanced. 'Shattering Myths' rides funk-heavy percussion and liquid melodies, 'One' folds in smoky r&b vocal loops, while 'Medusa Weed' winds through eerie synth phrases. Closer 'Eternal Winter' eases the tempo into a hushed, glowing finale.
