Instant House (Joe Claussell) - Lost Horizons

Isle Of Jura reissues Instant House’s 1993 deep-house recording 'Lost Horizons', made by Joe Claussell and Tony Confusione after the project’s beginnings around New York record shop Dance Tracks. The seventeen-minute Mind Travel Saturday Night Sunday Morning Mix gives its Latin-accented percussion, cosmic chords and keyboard saxophone line time to develop. Two shorter versions share the reverse, including a Percussion Bonus that isolates another route into the rhythm. The licensed reissue retains the expansive approach that would remain central to Claussell’s work, with sleeve design by Bradley Pinkerton based on the original release.
