About this release
Close Counters - If It Ain't Jazz Vol. 5 brings the Australian duo to the vinyl-only If It Ain't Jazz series for four cuts blending jazz, disco and soul with house and broken-beat grooves. Soul To Soul builds into a peak-time disco weapon, while Sunshine flips gospel energy into a raw, euphoric shuffle.
On the B-side, House Of Lucien and Bruk Of Lucien push the same jazz-funk spirit through rolling house and broken-beat rhythms. A strong limited 12-inch for house, jazz-funk and bruk selectors.
