About this release
Plastik People Collections Volume 14 brings Ricky Montanari, Aurora B and Dave Charlesworth together through four house selections. Montanari’s Back to Love appears in vocal and dub forms, its piano figures and garage-influenced drums setting the tone for the first side. Charlesworth’s dub of Aurora B’s Good Love follows on the reverse, alongside his own Hard Times in its Original 96 Mix. The selection balances vocal hooks with more stripped-back arrangements, drawing on deep house and US garage. Each cut retains a distinct identity within a release built around the label’s interest in groove-led club music.
