In case you've not heard, Lovehrtz is a new collaboration between Hot Creations heavyweight Richy Ahmed and Four Thirty Two regular Jansons. Their first 12" under the alias is a party-rocking affair, with the experienced duo dishing up some serious peak-time gold in the shape of A-side "Classic Case". Built around the manipulation of life-affirming loops from a much-loved Gladys Knight and the Pips disco favourite, it sits somewhere between a tooled-up re-edit and a slamming, Hot Creations style powder house smasher. The even bouncier "Touch My Soul", where slap bass and female vocal loops ride a bustling house rhythm, is every bit as endearing.
