My order arrived damaged or faulty, what can I do?

IMPORTANT: Please include a note of your order number and reason for the return inside the parcel. This will help us process your refund faster. If you do not take this step, it will take us longer to process your refund.
Upon receiving the returned items, we will reimburse you for the return costs. If the item is out of stock, we will send you through a full refund.
WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE YOU UP TO THE COST OF ROYAL MAIL SECOND-CLASS DELIVERY. IF YOU SELECT SIGNED-FOR OR TRACKED DELIVERY, WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE THAT ADDITIONAL COST.
