About this release
Albion, Ric Piccolo and Hysteric share the sixth Legalize Lambada release, a four-track compilation built around Italo disco and early house influences. Albion opens with ‘Nucleare’, pairing a robotic groove with Italian vocals, before Ric Piccolo’s ‘Disco Teacher’. Piccolo returns on the reverse with ‘Alright’, followed by the more soulful Italo approach of Hysteric’s ‘Moment’. The selection connects electronic rhythms, synthesizer textures and disco references across contributions from all three producers. Issued on a single twelve-inch, the record has two tracks on each side and continues the label’s series of edits.
