About this release
Actual Life 3 is the third instalment in Fred again..’s album series, covering the period from January to September 2022. Short opening and closing pieces frame a sequence of songs whose titles pair people’s names with fragments of the voices at their centre. The programme includes Delilah (Pull Me Out Of This), Danielle (Smile On My Face) and Nathan (Still Breathing), keeping the album’s personal diary format intact. This Atlantic clear-vinyl edition follows the initial release with a subsequent pressing. Its thirteen-track programme includes Winnie (End Of Me) alongside the closing September 9th 2022.
