About this release
Yves Tumor follows Heaven To A Tortured Mind with Praise A Lord Who Chews But Which Does Not Consume; (Or Simply, Hot Between Worlds), produced by Noah Goldstein. The album continues Tumor’s exploration of rock and post-punk across twelve songs, including God Is A Circle, Echolalia and Heaven Surrounds Us Like A Hood. Its full title captures the expansive framing of a record that moves from the opening God Is A Circle to the closing Ebony Eye. Warp’s vinyl edition comes in a gatefold sleeve and presents the complete album sequence.
