About this release
Resonant Bodies is Suso Saiz's eighteen-piece album for Music From Memory, developed over roughly two years. Its central idea is resonance: one sound prompting another, with successive layers creating connections across the music. Saiz builds the pieces gradually from small sonic elements, allowing textures to overlap and change rather than fixing them around a conventional song structure. The double LP moves through works including Inside The Egg, Sweet Instability, Resonance Necklace and Outskirts. Within its ambient and drone language, the album explores how separate sounds can become interdependent, with each piece contributing to the larger sequence.
